3 challenges, 9 guiding principles and 7 proposals
It discloses three challenges which are linked to nine guiding principles : from stepping onto the world stage to internal consolidation and exploiting the European potential. The seven proposals are gathered under the “European Pact for Clusters” that will be proposed to the European Parliament and Commission, as well as to the future Hungarian presidency of the European Union (first semester of 2011) and to all Member States.
